For me life is determined in large part by the quality of
the questions we ask ourselves.
When we ask dis empowering questions
“why did this happen to me?”
We remain stuck, but when we ask empowering, life-enhancing questions,
we open up possibilities for real growth and change.
Yes, change is and can be uncomfortable.
It only lasts for a short while and is well worth it.
1. What can you learn from this situation?
When dealing with many of life’s challenges see what you can
learn from it rather than feeling self pity or a sense of powerlessness.
The process of learning life lessons sometimes goes from feeling of being uncomfortable to extremely unpleasant. Remember, being uncomfortable is not bad.
Through adversity comes some of your greatest growth.
2. What can you do today to recognize more of who you truly are?
Even small improvements made each day can have major Impact on our lives over time.
Each morning before getting out of bed, set a positive intention for the day.
3. What can you change about yourself today?
Just for today, find one habit you would like to change and stop
doing it for only one day. All habits can be eliminated by being fully
conscious of them taking place. I know.. its too much trouble being conscious all the time.
Give it a try just the same.
4. How are you going to impact or make a change in the world around you today?
People who leave good impressions on those around them
choose to impact others differently then most people.
more positive? Less negative? well.. I don’t see right or wrong.. just differences in individuals and the paths they are on through this journey called Life..so… how about being different in ways that effect others to do the same? Not for just today.. but every day of our lives.
Become a shining light to the people around you.
Keep an open upbeat outlook through out the day.
Be aware of comments about disease, non growth comments about family, friends, and neighbors
Or saying “I can’t, “I won’t” “You are wrong”
A little light from each of us will make the world a brighter, happier place to be.
5. Are you grateful for something or someone today?
The key to success is an “attitude of gratitude.” By anonymous.
Being grateful for what we have, rather than focusing on what we lack, is the key to happiness, good health, well being and abundant living.
6. How will you define success today?
Is your ruler for success empowering you or setting you up for failure?
Set achievable success goals and over time you will build an amazing life.
Set out each day with an affirmation, how do you want your day to be?
7. How are you going to choose to feel today?
Many people think that external circumstances and people
determine how they feel. Well, only you can let that happen.
You are ultimately responsible for how situations make you feel and act.
You may thing that outside influences make you happy, sad, or angry.
You may want to think again. You have complete control of your dealing
with your emotions.
IT is all choice.
Owning your feelings gives you a confidence in living that is priceless
